Getting started with Formline takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through signing up, verifying your email, and understanding what happens automatically when your account is created.

Sign Up Options

Formline offers two ways to create an account:

Email and P1. Navigate to the Formline sign-up page.

2. Enter your full name, email address, and a secure password.

3. Click Create Account.

Email and Password

  1. Navigate to the FormLine sign-up page.

  2. Enter your full name, email address, and a secure password.

  3. Click Create Account.

Google OAuth (One-Click Sign-Up)

  1. On the sign-up page, click Continue with Google.

  2. Select or sign in to your Google account.

  3. Grant FormLine permission to access your basic profile information.

  4. You will be redirected to your new dashboard immediately -- no email verification needed.

What Happens When You Sign Up

Once your account is created, FormLine automatically sets up everything you need to start building forms:

  • Profile: Your profile is created using the name and email you provided (or your Google profile information).

  • Default Workspace: A personal workspace is created for you, named "[Your Name]'s Workspace." This is where all your forms and team members live.

  • Workspace Membership: You are assigned the Owner role in your default workspace, giving you full control over settings, members, and forms.

  • Free Trial: A 7-day trial subscription begins automatically, giving you access to Pro features so you can explore the full power of FormLine before choosing a plan.

After Signing Up

Once you land on the dashboard, you can:

  • Create your first form using the "Create Form" button or the AI form generator.

  • Explore the guided tour that walks you through the key features of the interface.

  • Invite team members to your workspace by navigating to workspace settings.

  • Review your subscription status in the sidebar to track your trial period.

Pending Invitations

If someone invited you to their workspace before you signed up, FormLine automatically processes those invitations during account creation. You will be added to the relevant workspaces as soon as your account is active.

Tips

  • Use Google OAuth for the fastest sign-up experience with no email verification step.

  • Your trial starts the moment you create your account, so take advantage of the 7 days to explore Pro features like AI evaluation, lead scoring, and advanced analytics.

  • You can create additional workspaces later to organize forms for different projects or clients.
