Getting started with a new tool should be smooth and intuitive. We have revamped our onboarding experience with interactive Guided Tours that walk new users through FormLine step by step, making sure everyone can hit the ground running from day one.
Whether you are a first-time user or someone who wants a refresher on features you may have missed, the guided tours are here to help.
Interactive step-by-step walkthroughs. The tours highlight each part of the interface with clear, contextual instructions. Follow along at your own pace as we guide you through the key areas of FormLine β no guesswork required.
Dashboard navigation tour. Learn how to navigate your workspace, find your forms, access analytics, and manage settings. The dashboard tour gives you a complete orientation so you feel confident moving around the platform.
Form builder basics tour. Discover how to add blocks, configure properties, set up validation, and arrange your form layout using drag and drop. This tour covers the essentials of building your first form from start to finish.
Publishing workflow tour. Understand how to preview your form, publish it, share the link, and embed it on your website. The publishing tour ensures you know exactly how to get your form in front of respondents.
Re-trigger anytime from the header. Missed something or want to revisit a tour? Simply click the tour icon in the header to restart any guided tour. You are never locked out of the learning experience after your first session.
Non-intrusive design. Tours appear as focused overlays that highlight relevant elements without blocking the rest of the interface. Dismiss at any time if you prefer to explore on your own.
The improved onboarding tours significantly reduce the learning curve for new team members joining your workspace. Instead of explaining the platform to every new colleague, point them to the guided tours and let them learn by doing.
We have also refined the tour content based on feedback from our user community, focusing on the workflows that matter most during the first few sessions.
Launch a guided tour from the header icon and see the improved onboarding experience for yourself.

Your forms do not exist in a vacuum. The data they collect needs to flow into the tools your team already uses β CRMs, project management platforms, notification systems, and custom applications. Today we are launching Webhooks Integration to connect FormLine with the rest of your stack.
Webhooks let FormLine push data to any external service the moment something happens. When a form receives a response or a response moves to a new pipeline stage, FormLine sends an HTTP POST request to the URL you specify, delivering a structured JSON payload with all the relevant data.
Real-time notifications β Receive an instant webhook call every time a form response is submitted. No polling, no delays β your external systems are notified within seconds of a submission.
Configurable webhook URLs β Point webhooks at any HTTP endpoint. Connect to Zapier, Make, n8n, or send data directly to your own API. Each form can have its own webhook configuration.
Custom headers β Add custom HTTP headers to your webhook requests for authentication, routing, or any other purpose. Include API keys, bearer tokens, or custom identifiers as needed.
Stage-level webhooks β Trigger webhooks not only on submission but also when a response moves to a specific pipeline stage. This is ideal for CRM integration β for example, send a notification to your sales team when a lead reaches the "Qualified" stage.
Structured JSON payload β Every webhook delivers a clean, well-structured JSON payload containing the full response data, including field values, metadata, timestamps, evaluation scores, and pipeline stage information.
Delivery visibility β Monitor webhook delivery status to ensure your integrations are working correctly. See when webhooks were sent and verify that your endpoints are receiving data as expected.
The possibilities are broad. Push new form responses into your CRM as leads. Send Slack notifications when high-priority submissions arrive. Trigger email sequences in your marketing automation platform. Log responses in a data warehouse for analysis. Update project management boards when applications are received.
Webhooks turn FormLine from a standalone form tool into a connected node in your workflow ecosystem.
Configure your first webhook and start connecting FormLine to your tools today.

Forms should feel like conversations, not interrogations. Today we are launching the Conditional Logic Engine, giving you the power to create dynamic, branching forms that adapt in real time based on how respondents answer.
Conditional logic lets you control which questions appear β and when β based on the answers a respondent has already provided. Instead of presenting every field to every person, you can build forms that show only what is relevant, creating a faster and more personalized experience.
The logic engine is accessible directly from the form builder. Select any block, open the conditions panel, and define one or more rules. Each rule consists of a source field, an operator, and a target value. When the condition is met, the block becomes visible; when it is not, the block stays hidden.
Show and hide fields β Display or conceal any block based on answers to previous questions. Keep your forms clean and focused.
Comprehensive operators β Build rules using equals, not equals, contains, does not contain, greater than, less than, and more. String, numeric, and selection-based comparisons are all supported.
Multi-condition rules β Combine multiple conditions on a single block using AND/OR logic for sophisticated branching scenarios.
Page-level jumps β Route respondents to entirely different sections of your form based on their input, enabling complex screening flows and branched surveys.
Real-time evaluation β Conditions are evaluated instantly as the respondent fills out the form. No lag, no page reloads β just a smooth, dynamic experience.
Visual indicators β Blocks with active conditions display a clear badge in the builder, so you can see your logic at a glance without opening each block individually.
Conditional logic unlocks a wide range of possibilities. Screen job applicants by showing role-specific questions only when relevant. Build product recommendation quizzes that branch based on preferences. Create customer satisfaction surveys that dig deeper when a respondent reports a negative experience.
The logic engine is designed to be approachable for simple use cases and powerful enough for the most complex branching scenarios your team can imagine.
Conditional logic is available now for all FormLine users. Open any form in the builder and start adding conditions today.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of FormLine, a modern form builder designed from the ground up with artificial intelligence at its core. Whether you are collecting customer feedback, running surveys, screening job applicants, or building quizzes, FormLine gives you the tools to create beautiful, intelligent forms in minutes.
FormLine is built on a block-based architecture that makes form creation intuitive and flexible. Instead of wrestling with rigid templates, you compose forms by adding, arranging, and configuring individual blocks β each one representing a question or content element. Drag and drop blocks into place, reorder them freely, and see your changes reflected instantly in a real-time preview panel.
Drag-and-drop builder β A visual canvas where you can add, move, and configure form blocks with zero friction. No code required.
Rich block types β Choose from single choice, multiple choice, short text, long text, email, phone number, rating, file upload, and more. Every common form field is covered out of the box.
Real-time preview β See exactly how your form will look to respondents as you build it. Toggle between desktop and mobile views to ensure a polished experience on every screen.
Responsive by default β Every form you publish automatically adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops. Your respondents get a seamless experience regardless of their device.
Dark and light themes β Forms ship with full theme support. Choose the look that matches your brand or let respondents pick their preference.
AI capabilities built in β From generating entire forms with a text prompt to evaluating open-ended responses, AI is woven into the platform rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
FormLine replaces the patchwork of tools teams typically juggle β a form builder here, a spreadsheet there, a separate analytics dashboard somewhere else. With FormLine, creation, collection, evaluation, and analysis all live in one place.
We have spent months refining the builder experience, the response management workflow, and the underlying infrastructure to make sure FormLine is fast, reliable, and a genuine pleasure to use.
This launch is just the beginning. Over the coming weeks and months we will be shipping conditional logic, AI evaluation, team collaboration, webhooks, and much more. We cannot wait to show you what is next.

Improved
There is nothing worse than losing your work β or accidentally breaking a form that is already collecting responses. We have shipped two improvements that protect your work at every stage: automatic saving while you build and safety guardrails for published forms.
These changes work quietly in the background so you can focus on building great forms without worrying about what might go wrong.
Auto-save as you build. Your form is saved automatically as you add blocks, edit properties, configure logic, and make any other changes in the builder. No more clicking a save button and hoping you remembered to do it before closing the tab.
Published form warnings before editing. When you open a form that is currently published and collecting responses, FormLine displays a clear warning letting you know that changes will affect the live form. This prevents accidental edits to forms your audience is already using.
Prevent accidental changes to live forms. The warning prompt gives you the choice to proceed with edits or step back. This small friction point is intentional β it acts as a safety net that catches unintentional modifications before they reach respondents.
Draft and published status indicator. Every form now displays a clear status badge showing whether it is in draft or published state. You can see the status from your form list and within the builder, so there is never ambiguity about whether a form is live.
Seamless save experience. Auto-save happens in the background without interrupting your workflow. A subtle indicator confirms when your latest changes have been saved, giving you peace of mind without any disruption.
Recovery from unexpected closures. If your browser crashes or you accidentally close the tab, your most recent changes are preserved. When you return to the builder, your form is right where you left it.
These improvements address two of the most common pain points reported by our users: forgetting to save and unintentionally editing live forms. Together, they create a safer, more reliable building experience.
Auto-save and published form protection are enabled for all users automatically. Open the form builder and notice the difference β your work is now protected by default.

FormLine now adapts to the way you work and the language you speak. We are rolling out full Dark Mode support and Internationalization (i18n) across the entire platform, making FormLine more comfortable and accessible for users everywhere.
These two improvements may seem different on the surface, but they share a common goal: making FormLine feel like it was built specifically for you.
Full dark mode across all pages. Every page, component, and modal in FormLine has been updated with a carefully designed dark theme. From the dashboard to the form builder to the analytics views, dark mode is consistent and complete β no jarring white screens in unexpected places.
Automatic theme detection. FormLine reads your operating system or browser preference and applies the matching theme automatically. If your system is set to dark mode, FormLine follows suit the moment you log in.
Manual toggle. Prefer to choose your own theme regardless of system settings? Use the theme toggle to switch between light and dark mode at any time. Your preference is saved and persists across sessions.
Internationalization with English and Spanish. FormLine now supports multiple languages, starting with English and Spanish. The entire interface β navigation, labels, buttons, form builder elements, settings, and notifications β has been translated for a native-language experience.
Browser language detection. FormLine automatically detects your browser's language setting and loads the matching translation. Spanish-speaking users see the interface in Spanish from their very first visit without any manual configuration.
Easy language switching. Change your language at any time from the settings or directly from the interface. Switching is instant and does not require a page reload.
Dark mode reduces eye strain during long form-building sessions, especially in low-light environments. It also looks great and gives the interface a modern, polished feel that many users prefer.
Internationalization is just the beginning. We plan to add more languages based on community demand, so let us know which languages you would like to see next.
Try dark mode and explore the Spanish interface today β and tell us what language we should add next.
